I've decided to cycle from London to Brighton.

Not just for the hell of it, that would be daft. No, I'm doing it for charity. The British Heart Foundation in particular. The even takes place on June 18th.

Now obviously, the more money I raise the better it is... not just for the BHF but also for me on the day. I'm sure it will really help to motivate me for what is bound to be a painful and exhausting day if I know that a substantial sum of money is being raised because of it so if you feel able to contribute please do.
